The MC Operating Principal sets the vision for the market center. They support the team leader with recruiting efforts, ensure the market center maintains a tight fiscal policy in order to maximize profit, and oversee leadership to maintain the highest ethical standards and levels of professional performance.

Associate Leadership Council

The Associate Leadership Council (ALC) is the heart of the market center and Keller Williams Realty. The ALC is comprised of the top 20% of agents in our office. This dynamic "board of directors" is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. The purpose of the ALC is to guarantee our associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation of our market center. The ALC is actively involved in the leadership of the company, holding ownership, and management accountable, to operate within the budget and attain the goals of the market center. The ALC are the guardians of culture within the office.
